After a sudden and uncertain cancer diagnosis in 2011, I found myself questioning my beliefs and values.

Seeking solace, I turned to mindfulness and self development as coping strategies, and these have stayed with me through my recovery and beyond. Now cancer free, I am committed to helping others navigate their own hurdles and champion their own personal growth.\n

\nLeading Self allows me to bring together all of my skills and tools and create experiences for my clients, through leadership workshops, mindfulness and resilience coaching and MBTI\u00ae Personality assessments. \n

\nI proudly completed the Fleurieu Future Leaders Program in 2018, and have been involved in the running and facilitation of this program on the Fleurieu and it's sister program on Kangaroo Island since graduating.\n

\nI am also a passionate member of my local Fleurieu Community, and volunteer as a Director of Fleurieu Community Enterprises Ltd, overseeing the operation of four Bendigo Community Bank sites, investing more than $1 million back into our local community since inception. \n

\nIn my downtime, I savour the simple pleasures of life: indulging in good coffee, airplane witching at my local airfield and spending quality time playing Minecraft with my two teenage children.\n<\/p><\/div><\/div>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
